Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Drainage Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drainage work and hands-on experience with essential equipment, including pipe lasers, wacker packers, and plate compactors. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient and safe operations on-site while working collaboratively with our skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and maintenance of drainage systems.

• Operate pipe lasers, wacker packers, and plate compactors safely and effectively.

• Follow project specifications and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Collaborate with machine operators and other crew members to ensure safe & smooth operations.

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

• Contribute to a safe and positive work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a drainage labourer or in a similar role.

• Familiarity with drainage systems and construction practices.

• Proficient in operating pipe lasers, wacker packers, and plate compactors.

• Full Class 1 license and WTR endorsement is preferred.

• Strong awareness of working around machinery and safety procedures.

• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor as required.
