From a Simple Idea to a Nationwide Service
Born out of the civil construction industry in 2017, Unite Recruit was created after Chad Preston and his wife Toni saw firsthand how poor recruitment services affected both companies and workers. They wanted to build something better, something driven by honesty, integrity and real care for people.
The business started in Wellington and has now grown to service the entire North Island with offices in Auckland, Wellington and Napier. Clients who began with us in 2017 still work with us today and continue to partner with us wherever their projects take them.
Chad brought more than a decade of experience delivering major projects in Australia and New Zealand. That insight shapes the way Unite Recruit operates today. He knows what it takes to build teams that perform on site. Toni has been part of the business since day one and is involved in the internal systems that keep operations running smoothly.
